Unit 1
Unit 1, the largest, is currently designed with a main floor, top floor guest suite and large basement open to the lake.
The main floor is the primary residence, is newly renovated, including all new windows and doors, a massive lake view deck, new hardwood floors and stone fireplace, new appliances, all with expansive views from most of the long open kitchen-dining-living room concept, a most comfortable great room for the entire family. Both bedrooms are large and lovely, nice closet space and the bathroom is also essentially new (tub/shower, custom tilework, etc.) It also has a 1-car garage, with a new concrete slab, new enhanced size and insulated garage door for large vehicles and/or cabbed tractor, a foyer with closet, and a ¾ garage area (for potential mud or laundry room). Fixtures include a stunning handmade, upside-down, real canoe décor light piece above the dining table, and all furnished with beautiful, quality rustic décor and furnishings.
The massive basement, also with a new concrete floor, was previously a 2-bedroom apartment. The restoration was to use the basement for storage and can fit numerous PWC’s, snowmobiles, small boats, summer patio furniture, lawn tractors, etc. as well as large indoor gaming equipment for the family. The galvanized studded walls were fully insulated, as well as the ceiling, and await a final plan of use by a new owner. The basement is open to the lake and the same views as the main floor with a door, a large double window and a double glass door facing the lake. Outside is a concrete slab patio sitting under the cover of the main floor deck above.
The top floor is currently set up as a guest suite with full kitchen, dining and bath, a lakeside bedroom (with great views) with sliders and a roadside living area (with several storage closets). The building roof is relatively new, includes full water shield, architectural shingles and copper valleys and leaf proof seamless gutter systems. As with two of the other homes, this home also is likely to also qualify for adding another floor or opening the top floor with large dormers or even walls.
