Unit 2
Unit 2 is literally “on the waterfront.”
The smaller footprint home is custom-designed with a front great room with an open ceiling for a unique dining and living room with custom made rustic décor and furniture, a view of the lake and mountains to the south from a large 3-glass window, a farmers “whole stone” hearth with bluestone capping and quaint woodstove, custom (“pickled”) woodworking for the walls, beams, and even an enclosed gun/décor cabinet. It has a central propane gas furnace with forced hot air heating (plus a pre-existing backup electric baseboard system), a new bathroom, new insulated door access to storage loft, washer and dryer closet, 4’ concrete foundation, and a waterfront presence, feel and view that is, well, the “best of the best.” A large deck with steps to the walkway or lawn to the stonewall granite cap over the beach just less than 20’ feet away. A small, yet accommodating kitchen, two bedrooms with rustic décor and furnishings and closets. The building roof is relatively new, includes full water shield, architectural shingles and leaf proof seamless gutter systems. As with the large home, this home also could likely qualify for adding another floor; current plans and drawings for raising the building and adding a new 1st 10’ floor accompany the detail pages.
